It is time to reach out and touch on the energy plane. It is time to take notice of our mind, phyical body and spirit . This is the time where we love ourselves by taking a pause and breathe. Take a mental health break and just listien and notice the awareness in your physical body. Make time to get a good nights rest. Sleep is extremely important for a healthy mind body and soul. At this time we need to stay connected by reaching out not only for a quick social chat, but also to seek help if we are feeling overwhelmed or feeling sad, depress , feraful or anxious. Having a support group is crucial.
