Knowing Yourself.
We are the creator of our own thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through the practice of meditation, we are able to go deep within and find our inner strengths and potentials and are able to create the most beautiful life of unlimited happiness, peace, Love, and gratefulness. Meditation is the water and nourishment for our Mind, body and soul; Like trees in the rainforest that need water and the nourishment from the earth to flourish. With enough nourishment we flourish and expand and we shed light to this beautiful world we call home. Knowing this, it is important to make sure to cultivate thoughts and actions that are backed by pure intentions.
We are emotional beings, we are energy and energy have no boarders everything we do affects the world.
Meditation like anything else becomes very easy once you put it into a daily practice. Remember the saying “practice makes perfect” anything that we focus on and practice becomes a habit and we become masters at it. The question we must ask ourselves is “what will my choice be?”
