Whenever I spend time in nature or just look at nature pictures I notice that I am more calm and peaceful. Being in nature gives me the opportunity to re-discover my ture nature of peace, love, happiness,compassion,understanding and acceptance.
- notice what attracts your attention when you are outside; it can be a color, a flower, a bird, a sound; take a moment and research the spiritual meaning and you will find that the meaning or message is exactly what your needed to hear.
- notice how the elements, air, sun, the earth beneeth your feet and maybe the rain feels on your skin. Just taking that moment of slience and allowing your physical body, your mind and your soul to experience this moment is a form of loving yourself.
- It is proven by science that spending time outside does reduces stress, anxiety and depression.
- When I spend time in nature, I get quality sleep .
- I find that sepnding time in nature keeps me more grounded and center. Which I believe has a lot to do with the exposure to sun that give natural vitamin D .
