Today we take the “EASY” way out when it comes to conflicts and disagreement. I put EASY in quotations because in reality what we think is EASY , is really the most difficult way. The amount of energy that we squander away by cutting communication from one another and holding malice is amazing. The anger and resentment that we carry within does so much damage to our health and well being it is saddening.
If we start seeing things as they are and not as we are, we will realize that everyone and everything iare our teachers. When we start coming into the mode of acceptance of our minute – to – minute experience and see them as gifts that are present in our life’s to give us the opportunity up-level our addictive demands and old beliefs to preferences them we find that we are more understaning, Accepting, forgiving to ourselves and others. We realize that everyone is on the beautiful journey call Life.
The people or situations that causes us the most conflicts are the ones that are going to help us most in learning what we need to work on in our life’s. When we find that these people and situations that caused us tension, pain,resentment,anger, jealousy,guilt, etc. does not have that affect on us anymore then we know that we have reprogrammed some of our addictive demands; we have Loved ourselves and the world by giving our selves the time and space to step out of our comfort zone and cultivate growth from within.
